I've utilized DrugMartDirect.com off and on for a few years. My only ongoing issue has been the mailing time. My husband's last refill of Apixaban was held up for no particular reason (I had given permission for refill payment to come from our bank account, already on file). The refill had already been confirmed, but yet, I rec'd an email saying the order was not complete. When I called, I was told that all info was in place and the order would be shipped. Fortunately, because i requested that the meds be shipped immediately and via the fastest method available, we fortunately did receive the package, just before we had to get another refill sent to a local pharmacy. So, it's really the shipping time that is always concerning. The other concern/question is why your meds contain only 56 tabs as a months supply (2x/day), rather than 60, so we're always short of 12 tablets at the end of a 90 day refill? Shortage of tablets (90 day) and mailing time are my main concerns.
