Don't like not being able to fax a prescription to you. The first time I placed an order I was told the prescription had to be mailed instead of faxed. I mailed it and it got lost somewhere because I was not aware it needed extra postage. No one told me this. I had to drive back to my doctor and get another prescription to mail. This was a inconvenience for me because I had to get someone to take me 15 miles. Why do you need it mailed instead of faxed? I have used Canaca on Line for years and could always fax them my prescription instead of mailing it, I think this is a very stupid rule on your part.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We highly encourage if doctors directly send it to us. Other wise sending it by fax will enough to get an order process and mailing the physical prescription is required to be sent afterwards due to the pharmacists practice and standards.
