I received a couple of my shipments damaged with missing medication a year and a half ago maybe longer. DrugMartDirect worked diligently with me to remedy this situation so that it wouldn’t happen again. Now I receive my medication securely packed and all medication received. It wasn’t the company that was the problem at the time, it was the warehouse where my meds came from. I am very happy.

I did not receive the prescription ordered on 12/17/24. It still has not been received. Called the pharmacy on 1/28/25 to check status and was told i had to wait until 2/4/26 to search (6 full weeks since ordering). Reordered on 2/6/25 and the nice operator Said they would reorder for me and to inform me that in the future, I could order another supply after 30 days if the original order had not been received. The operator on the 1/28/25 call should have made me the same offer but did not. Especially since the order is for a blood thinner arriving from overseas. Today 2/17/26 I have not received either orders and have had to contact my Doctor for samples. Whew....since the rx costs about $800.00 in the U.S. and around $100.00 from DrugMart. Needless to say I am neither happy or satisfied with service.
