I would like to shout out to Sholah?, Derek, Rodney, April, Paola, Kimberly, Raymond, Jean-Pierre and many others whose names I maybe did not catch or cannot pronounce. You are always friendly, polite and helpful even if there are issues with shipping or refunds etc... Many of my insurance clients in the states are pleased with the products and prices you offer. I've had consistent good dealings with Drug Mart Direct; good prices, timely delivery and prompt/effective follow-up when a shipment was seized due to import issues. Regarding the latter, they re-ordered my medication and had it to me well before I ran out -- at no cost to me! That to me is excellent customer service!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I needed a refill in December of an older prescription, and they were more than willing to help me. Being as it was the holiday season, I expected delayed delivery. However, I was pleased to receive my meds in two weeks. I realize it may not have been DrugMartDirect that had anything to do with the shipping from the UK, but they were expedient in processing my request right away. I have recommended this company to several family and friends.
