Excellent service and competitive prices. Good customer service, including reminders to renew prescriptions. There has been a price increase in the meds I take, but there is a price match guarantee. Unfortunately, this was not honored after the recent order was placed. It would have been necessary to request the price match prior to ordering. Lesson learned.

Delivery times of 4-6 weeks has been the only drawback, as their products and customer service have been great.

This is the first time in over two years that there was an issue with a prescription( it was outdated, yet it still said I had refills left. So there was a delay in ordering. Then after a month, no prescription so it had to be resent. Still dont have it yet.

My Cardiologist gave a suggestion that I could buy my Eliquis from Drug Mart Direct in Canada since it is so expensive here in the U.S.A. it's been 2 years now. Their service has always been great plus everyone is so courteous and helpful.
