I ordered and paid for medication February 26th . I still had not received medication by April 7th . I then phoned the company on April 7th and a reorder was processed shipped by a different method with tracking that initial order did not have and the medication arrived April 29th , 22 days following re order of February 26th order . All is well that ends well -👍.

Every employee I spoke with by phone or online was courteous and professional. When my first order did not come, they quickly reordered and that ordered came within the expected time frame. Also, the price for three months was affordable and in generic, which is not the case with the US pharmacy. My cardiologist recommended Drug Mart Direct and I am grateful.

I wasn’t pleased with the non delivery of my Pentasa. I called and was resent the medicine. I’m not understanding that it was then sent to me quicker. I’m thankful for that because I’m not feeling well and need the meds but why it didn’t arrive or takes so long even with previous orders is an inconvenience. Thank you for your help.
