I'm a new customer, still getting used to the delays created by bureaucratic and governmental requirements between the U.S. and Canada. Probably not much can be done about that. However, I would strongly suggest that your company consider acceptance of Visa credit cards for payment. Many companies in the U.S. have discontinued their use of MasterCard and have gone exclusively with Visa. I do not feel comfortable giving automatic withdrawal authority directly from my bank checking account. Seems as though there are potentially too many things that can go wrong using an international service that could also lead to abuses or scams to empty out a checking account. Nothing personal, but here in Florida such horror stories are reported almost daily. I'd rather use my Visa card which offers some protections. Other than that, I urge you to continue to develop more seamless systems to speed up delivery. Four to six week delays are not optimal when one's health is at stake.

It was because of Drug Mart Direct that I finally could afford the medicine I had only wish for many years. I was on Warfarin for 20 years, which required strict diet regulation and monthly testing. Drug Mart Direct’s gave me back the freedom to enjoy life’s simple pleasure of eating what I like by making a generic Eloquist very affordable. They have a very helpful staff that helped me set up my account. I recommend the company highly.
