Drug Mart is easy to work with and their people are courteous and helpful. Lately the problem has been in the United States. I have had two shipments stopped by the FDA and destroyed. I received a letter explaining why it was done. Most recently I had an order held up by either US customs or the US Postal service, I don’t know which. It was held up over a month. Drug Mart replaced the destroyed medications at no charge. Unfortunately I have yet to receive the replacement shipment and that was sent two weeks ago. They also sent another shipment to replace the one that’s being held up.

I love working with DrugMart Direct! They are all so kind, compassionate, and patient. My prescription was intercepted by customs. I contacted DrugMart Direct when I received the letter and they immediately sent out another refill at no charge. I was so grateful. I received my medication just in time before I ran out.
