A real person ALWAYS answers the phone at DMD! And, they speak English without an accent! I have only been put on hold once in all the times I have called them. My medication order was confiscated by the Food and Drug Administration at the Port of Los Angeles. They sent me a letter stating that fact. I called DMD; they immediately sent me a re-shipment order, at no cost to us. Their prices are so much better than drug prices in the U S. I love this company
