My last order was delayed because, unbeknownst to me, my prescription had lapsed. The reason I did not know this is because when I initial placed the order, the follow up notification I received regarding prescription lapse was written in small print at the bottom of the page. I thought the notice was the standard "receipt of order" email. In my opinion, something that important should be shown in large or bold print at the top of the page. Just saying.
