1. order shipped April 14.2025 Not delivered 2. Replacement order placed,2025 June 12(waited 6 weeks before ordering) shipped J9une 13.2025 not delivered yet. Tracking number shows it is stuck in customs. Call DrugMart July 9, 2025, was told to call back July 11, 2025 to reorder. Person I talked with was sympathetic to my plight, put me on hold twice, (why I do not know) said she understood but nothing could be done until I called back in two days. I ask if DrugMart had an alternative shipping center or method to handle cases like this, was told no but later she mumbled something about Canada. I realize the fact the medicine is stuck in Customs and DrugMart has no control over that but I also think that DrugMart should offer a "back up" plan to cover situations like this. Meanwhile am down to the last doze of medicine, Have ask my for samples but it appears samples are difficult to get. The drug is generic for Eliquis.
