I really like this pharmacy. The agents are polite and helpful. I just need consistency when ordering and price matching with pharmacies that offer customers free shipping. Sometimes when I do a price match with these pharmacies, the price is matched exactly with no additional shipping charge tacked on by DMD. Other times I am told that they will match the advertised price but must add the $9.95 to ship. I don't mind the fee, but I think it should be consistent.. no charge or $9.95 charge across the board. I can't tell people, "This time it's $50 and next time it will be $60." That $10 makes a big difference to some of the clients for whom I order meds. Many of them are senior citizens on a fixed budget. Otherwise I am very happy with your service, especially your friendly agents!
