Have utilized Drug Mart Direct for one year. Generally receive ordered med within 10 days. Most recent order not received timely, connected company, replacement order initiated. Original order held by FDA. Replacement order received timely at no additional cost. Customer service helpful in correcting issue.

After two unsuccessful deliveries, one who's tracking number was never entered into the United States Postal Service, the other held by Customs (with a letter delivered from Customs stating the package would be destroyed if I chose not to appeal. The letter also stated I could be held liable for the destruction of the drugs.) After asking if the Eliquis could be shipped through another Customs destination, and ten week wait ( and running out of Eliquis) the Eliquis finally arrived. My cardiologist mentioned that many of his patients are experiencing difficulty receiving their shipments. I also realize Drugmart plays a smaller roll in this and hopefully are trying to remedy the situation. Of course , it's doubtful this review will ever make it through the moderator, bad for their image I do appreciate the possibility of purchasing the Eliquis at a lower cost but the stress level is elevated wondering when/if the shipment will arrive.
