I have been using Drug Mart Direct for years with no problems. I ordered my typical refill and got an email that said they needed to contact me. I spent 30 to 40 minutes on the phone 3 times and no one answered. I sent emails, no response, I tried to use the Chat line it said it was un-available. I'll wait till next Monday and if they are still un-reachable I'll order from one of their competitors

I am currently waiting for a "friendly agent" that will answer my call "momentarily" for 55 minutes now and counting!! Not sure if anyone will ever answer. I see no option today for an online chat which I usually do with no problem. Yikes!

Renelle, a very patient chat assistant was very helpful in assisting me in updating my information so I could refill a prescription. I truly appreciate it! I would order the other Premarin & Nexpro, but your prices are too high. I order Premarin 0.3 mg from Offshore Cheap Meds for $103 for 168 tablets ($.61 daily for 1 tablet) & generic esomeprazole 40 mg on eBay for $.23 daily -(taking 2 -20 mg tablets daily.) I would order from you if you would be competitive in prices & lower your prices! Thank you for the good price on Synthroid & great assistance!
