Staff always helpful and polite. Only complaint is time to receive Rxs. One must order 2 mos ahead of need in order to receive before you actually need. I will try once more to order to test the timeliness of delivery.

It has been more than a month at this point that my order was shipped and it has been stuck in Germany for more than 3 weeks. I have not received it. I called several times and have been asked to be patient. These are trying times so hopefully it will show up at one point.

My only problem was that my doctor would not directly sent the new prescription to a Canadian pharmacy. That took some figuring out.
