No one can tell me where my order is? Ordered on 3/13/2020. I've never had a problem with DMD, but their agent cannot even tell me where my order is. This is unacceptable. Bank Draft payments should not be debited until the customer receives what they paid for. I learned my lesson.

The person I spoke to was polite but useless. I ordered meds March 19 and they have not only not arrived, but your representative said once the Rx gets to the United States, he couldn't trace it. He had no idea if my Rx would ever arrive. A mess.

Service and prices have been excellent - till now. Last 90 day refill tripled from $53 to $175. Had to move my script to another pharmacy that was still at $53.

Your prices are great but getting the prescription to you took three weeks. Your response only took three or four days. I wish you would just increase the prices by 3% and accept all credit cards. Open a POBOX in the US then pick up mail once or twice a week or supply pre-addressed envelops with prepaid postage that gets to you in days. Then when you ship include a complementary envelop.

I have always been very pleased with Drug Mart Direct. Efficient, correct and timely. Until now. Of the two medications ordered one has been in customs in NYC since 4/1, the other appears never to have left the factory or is still with the shipper. They tout a Norton Shipping guarantee. So far I have received nothing from either in the area of assistance or compensation. Not only have I paid for something that they haven't provided, their "guarantee" appears to be useless. No offer to replace, or compensate even though I now have to purchase these meds here in the USA.
