My purchase was made on March 24th. I still have not received my medication. When I called about it I got no help. I called DHL and was told the package was lost.

This company has been so great. If I ordered this medicine through my health insurance, I would be in the donut hole by March or April every year. They have been very nice to deal with and I hope I can continue to do order my medicine from them.

My problem is the lead time to order. I know it is a shipping problem and it has gotten worse since the pandemic, but this time it cost me to purchase a temp, 30 day, prescription at full U.S. pricing. What is a reasonable lead time to re-order.
