I placed this order on April 3, 2020. You sent an E-mail saying it shipped on April 19,2020. It sat in Germany for almost a month. It arrived in the US on June 9, 2020 but I have yet to receive my order. It's been about 10 weeks so far!

I can't believe that you asked me for a review. It took 10 weeks for my blood thinner medication to arrive from shipping date. You had to give me a second tracking number, because the first was a dead link. You were no help with info about where the order was. If my doctor had not given me a scrip to fill locally I would have been without my meds for 4 weeks, which would have probably killed me, since they are treating a blood clot. I will pay the extra for local refills that are dependable.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. Excellent pricing & service. First ex-US company I have used for Rx medications. I was happy they offered my medication manufactured in the EU, which I prefer to Rx meds made in China or India, even if at a slightly higher cost. My personal preference as a licensed pharmacist in NJ. I feel good about the products they provide.

Even in difficult times (pandemic) when product availability and shipping constraints are issues, DrugMartDirect does its best to fulfill requests and keep costs to a minimum. Nothing is ever perfect, of course, but I think DMD continues to be the best option available.

All was great except for the girl who told me it would take 10 weeks to get the medicine. It arrived in about 4 weeks. I'm about to place another order soon, waiting for the Rx from my doctor.
