Dissatisfied at this time. I understand the pandemic has an impact on out of country deliveries, but have been waiting almost 8 weeks for my med and it has yet to come. The drugs should be shipped in bulk to Canada and the shipments mailed from Canada once received instead of offshore. If this was a life threatening matter I would be on pins and needles waiting for the drug to arrive as I see my current supply dwindle. You need to make changes today on how you fill orders. I have ordered another supply hoping that one of them will show up in time.

I've used Drug Mart Direct for many years. I also have used several other Canadian pharmacies but D M D has always been the best one as they are usually the cheapest the fastest at getting the transaction going and the most responsive to calls and emails.

My only complaint was the 8 week delivery time. I do understand that there has been a disruption do to the virus, so I will plan accordingly for the future

I recommend DRUG MART DIRECT to everyone I know !! By using DMD I save $700.00 with a three month supply/ perscription !!!!! I could have never afforded this inhailer (which is much needed) for my asthma/ COPD if I didn't use DMD. !!! There is a longer shipping period with your initial 1st order (which you are warned about) but with the second all went very smooth! ( incase you need your perscription right away as I did, I called an explained to my Dr. that I was using DMD ,that there was a waiting period/ mail/ shipping delay, and he told me to come by his office and pick up samples to hold me ! The staff who worked with me ,especially the gentleman in the evening hour, were very organized and meticulous!!!!! Call and see for yourself !!!! they told me exactly what the price would be before I placed an order and there were no hidden fees!! they keep in contact through the delivery process. What a Difference !!!!! :)

Great service, easy to re-order, when contacting them they are always pleasant to deal with. always low prices , I use to be with another canadian pharmacy and switched to canadian pharmacy and don't have to worry about having to find the lowest price around because they are usually the lowest price.

I have ordered this product before and it has been fine. This shipment has a defective product that does not make a difference. I ordered a small supply from a local pharmacy to check..same product and it performs much better.
