Not very happy right now! I ordered my meds on May 26th. It is currently July 10th. I DO NOT HAVE THEM YET. DHL is a really bad carrier. I can't find out where they are. I go on their site and as of yesterday, they are still in New York at JFK International. I don't know when to expect them. This is the first time I've ever had problems. I normally have really good delivery. I don't know what's happened. But I had to go to the doctor to get some samples to tie me over. Very sad.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

DHL shipping is the worst . I tried to track my order, it sat in Singapore 12 days. Then Germany for 10 days, then NY for 14 days, They never returned my phonecalls of inquirey. Finally arrived at my mail box out of the blue. No help from DMD either.
