Prices are good. Service people are helpful but seem to have difficulty navigating your system. Other pharmacy sites allow me to place an reorder without verbal contact. 0n more than one occasion my scripts were mail to the wrong address. If I place an order over the phone it never appears on your website.

Service was at their usual level. However I would have preferred a blanket email to have gone out letting their customers know to order refills earlier than normal due to COVID-19 instead of discovering it on the site when refilling my meds. Also, communication from DHL via their website is extremely poor. It needs significant improvement to keep the customer aware of the status of their medications. Finally,I discovered that it is DMD policy to automatically replace prescriptions they have on file with new ones even if the older one has refills left on it. I think they could be handled better. Until I discover otherwise, I will need to request refills while still having a 2 month supply on hand (and encourage this for others too).

Submitted order and receive a confirmation. Next a shipping notice and then a tracking number. A couple weeks later DELIVERY! Nice job. Will reorder soon. Thank you.

Like shopping for my medications from Drug Mart, they are so much cheaper than in the US; only drawback is they take so long to arrive so you have to keep track of what you need and when.

Service was great but took 8 weeks for shpt. to arrive. This was not DrugMartDirect's fault why it took so long to receive.. The pandemic was the cause for this.

After wading through dozens of pharmacy sites I picked DMD. Other patients of my doctor used this service and were very happy. I have been getting a prescription from Drug Mart Direct for about a year now. These are brand name medicines in original packaging. I have had no problem with payments or deliveries. This company is the real deal.
