Had a recent order get processed slowly because of an error with the prescription I provided. After DMD contacted me by email about the error, I had the doctor write the prescription properly. Very good service by DMD to verify the prescription was worded properly over the phone, and then processing that order promptly. What was fantastic to me was that the new order was delivered in 9 days - fastest I have ever received an order, usually 12- 14 days. This came out of England, so they are still doing very well getting shipments out. Prices have gone up slightly as of late, but DMD still has the best prices ( I looked ) - thank you.
