Even through the COVID-19 pandemic, my maintenance drug orders (eventually) came through. Admittedly, I became concerned when a normally 4-week delivery extended beyond eight weeks; but all was well in the end - no shipments lost. Since then, my reorders have returned to a more normal schedule, showing me that this company is stable when it comes to serving their customers. //jm

Pricing is great...but not enough to make me want to deal with their shipping. Shipping is extremely unpredictable and unreliable (what took 4 weeks last time took 8 weeks this time, and may only take 2 weeks next time). I cannot plan my pet's medication like this, nor can I just go without when it doesn't arrive in time. Which is why I will probably NOT be using this company in the future, even if I have to pay more. Hey DMD, get your act together and partner with a reliable damn shipping company!!! Even if we have to pay a little extra for tracking and on-time delivery it would be worth it!

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

Prescription arrived in about 5 weeks, but that's OK. We were warned of the Covid 19 situation delaying things and that shipment could take 4 - 6 weeks. You just need to account for that and be sure you order before you really NEED your drugs. Prescription arrived in perfect condition and exactly right. Most importantly, the price is right! Costs me less than one third of what the local pharmacy would charge. Highly recommended!
