Quality of drug is not in question. Shipping and delivery is extremely unreliable. most times the order/shipping time does not overlap the end of the initial prescription; run out for several day before refill arrive. company should provide a buffer quantity to bridge that circumstance. e.g. for 90 day prescriptions, provide 97 days. use same order interval. but allow for shipping/custom irregularities. can true-up after several refills if necessary.
