Good pricing , but when you call to ask for a update all you get is it takes 8 eeeks I know it takes longer but I would like to just know where my prescriptions are , and the shipping service is terrible they never update their system this is annoying and very stressful when you are needing your medicines to survive.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I have used DrugMartDirect several times in the past and always with good result, HOWEVER this last time has been very, very disappointing. I made my order on June 10, 2020. It is now Aug 11 and I still have not received my Rx. According to tracking info, my order has been setting at JFK's sorting center since Aug 1 (trackin # UV377286532DE). Prior to that, it sat in several locations from Asia to Frankfurt for weeks on end. My supply of Xarelto should have been sufficient to last me until my order came in, but is now exhausted. I have 3 pills left and I seriousl doubt that my order will come in before my supply is gone. WHAT THE HELL ?? When I call DrugMartDirect - I am given the runaround. I want some satisfaction and to be made whole!

Up to mid June 2020 I would give you 5 stars. Then I was told that you were not price-matching, which caused me the inconvenience of switching to another supplier for a considerable saving. You're $10 Covid surcharge was not welcomed either.
