Every time I am asked to leave a review, I do -- and I say the same thing: Drug Mart Direct is definitely a superior company with which to do business. They are easy to contact; easy to pay; prompt in mailing purchases; and eager to help those rare times when things go wrong. It has also been my experience that those rare times when something does go wrong, Drug Mart Direct is very prompt in correcting it -- even when it is not their fault. And the two times I have had a problem, it was NOT their fault at all. Not once have they made a mistake in my order, or been late in shipping it as early as humanly possible. I give them A+++ all the way!!! :-)

Best prices on prescription drugs - we older people need that! Representatives easy to work with. Delivery takes longer, so must plan ahead. Covid 19 has made some drug delivery even longer, but again , must plan ahead.

Disappointed that after waiting 5 months for a prescription due to Covid I was not at least offered a discount or my meds for free. I had to buy them locally twice paying 5 tints more and the rep didn’t seem to care at all. They were quick to offer a refill again though!
