Service was satisfactory until my last Rx order. When the $160 charge for that order showed up on my credit card statement, it was titled "medical device" which it wasn't, and it showed a phone number for a medical practice in Texas which is 1500 miles from my home. Not recognizing this charge, I disputed it. When I received an email from DrugMart and understood that it was for my pills, I immediately removed the dispute from my credit card and sedn evidence of that my return email. Now I have received another enail from DrugMart stateing that I must provide more evidence that the charge was reversed, and I am wondering why more evidence is needed since I sent a copy of the electronic receipt of the reversal that I received from the credit card company. Why do I need to do your accounting? These two events tell me that your business practices might be shady in some way. For yo to list a bogus phone number on the transaction on my credit card statement certainly seems suspicious.

I am an insurance agent in the states. I work directly with a lot of Medicare clients. A few medications that they take are often expensive even with their prescription insurance coverage. I have helped many of my clients get accounts with DrugMartDirect in order to save a lot of money on those expensive prescriptions like inhalers and A1C lowering medications. I always order by phone and am always treated warmly and with respect by the CSR's with whom I speak . I find them very polite and efficient. DrugMartDirect trains their staff very well. Any problems I have had (very few except during Covid-19) have been handled quickly and fairly. I recommend DrugMartDirect to any person asking about a less expensive way to get their expensive medications. I have been referring people who feel comfortable doing it themselves to either call or set up online ordering. Keep up the good work. We need you!
