The rationale for this score rests upon the inadequate feedback from the delivery system your company utilizes. I never received adequate updates in order to understand the location of my medication. For over four weeks, there was no updates and then without notice I received the medication. During the 7-8 week delivery process, I called both Drug Mart Direct and DHL to get information yet both agencies said call the other. I finally put in another order but this time I could not track its whereabouts. Then in 4 to 5 weeks, it just miraculously appeared at my PO Box. All other delivery companies along with the U.S. mail allows a tracking system but DHL does not believe in servicing their clients. I cannot understand why your company purchases services from DHL or have not in the past put some financial pressure on them to meet their responsibility. Is there no other company in Europe or Asia that can adequately perform your delivery? I hope the answer is yes.

Excellent prices and their representatives are always available to answer questions. My Vasoxen (beta blocker) is $300/month with insurance in the USA and I can get it from Drug Mart Direct for $84 for 3 months ($28/month) - less than 1/10th the price.
