Really have valued DrugMartDirect being recommended by my U.S. based cardiologist. My prescription is one-third of the U.S. cost. Shipping time is longer but it's not an issue if you place your order in advance to allow for several weeks shipping time. DrugMartDirect customer service is top notch. I will continue to order my prescriptions from it and it's worth your time to check it out. BTW, I am not connected in any way to DDD or its suppliers .... simply a happy customer.

They are very good with reminding me it's time to refill my medicine and the price for the medicine. The length of time to receive the prescription is another story.

On the plus side, the cost savings is great. However, on the negative side are several key concerns... 1) The time-frames needed to receive orders is simply extraordinary! This was true even before Corvid, but the pandemic put even more strain on the delivery period. Planning for this delay is nearly impossible. 2) Lack of Transparency of the delivery process. Tracking is simply a joke! It was entirely absent once the shipment hit the US. When I, as a client, see the delays, coupled with the lack of shipping status, it makes me very, very concerned. Unacceptably so. 3) In the summer months, I worry about how my drugs are handled from a temperature-swing perspective. Many drugs, including mine are quite sensitive to this issue, and I have no way of knowing if my drugs have been compromised. The extraordinarily long shipment times only exacerbate this concern. Note: You should offer, for a small fee, the option of adding a "temperature phase-change indicator".
