I have used Drugmartdirect.com for several years with no complaints and excellent results. All previous orders have been delivered promptly and of excellent quality. My last order was submitted two months ago, but has not arrived yet. The package tracking system does not work. Drugmartdirect representatives tell me the package has been held in US customs since Nov 5 (over a month). Very frustrated with this EXTREMELY SLOW delivery, although the problem probably lies with US customs.

During the holiday season, we usually quote 4-6 weeks for delivery. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, our current shipping time frame is up to 8 weeks.
