Order from July has been lost. I keep getting runaround about getting acre-order since ‘no shipping’ presently. Told me to wait until end of September. Been told similar dates too. Should I find another drug company to work with? I’m on a 90-days of drug, but worry it may run out & I need to order more.

So lucky my doctor recommended your company. I would not have ben able to pay my copay of over $300 dollars a month in the US.Your company has made every instruction clear and your representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Communication is timely and if I have occasion to speak to someone there, I have always been treated well and questions answered. I wish we had medical care that you have. There are too many politicians here who want to invent the wheel rather than implement a health model that has been proven effective, such as yours. With our current chaotic circumstances , I can only hope we can continue benefitting from your company's generousity in allowing us to use your services. Thank you.

During the prospective change in US customs administration I was encouraged to request that I order my refill in advance of those changes. I could not get through by phone and when I tried to use the website my order I could not complete it. Now I have finally got my order in I was quoted my usual price and then after a day or so I was notified the charge would be a little higher. Not a good practice.
