We began using DrugMartDirect.com because of their pricing advantage over local pharmacy purchases. The 6-8 weeks it takes to receive a refill can be a bummer if not properly prepared. But just recently they let us down. After talking to an employee and setting up a renewal, we emailed and then surface mailed a renewal paper prescription to them for a necessary drug. A few weeks later we were contacted and told that this particular drug was no longer available. We ask to have the paper prescription returned to use it somewhere else. Then we went through the ordeal of re-renewing it at a local drug store. Shortly after receiving that prescription we were again contacted by DMD and told okay, we can refill it now. Too late! Maybe improved DMD / customer communications are in order. Thank you for your response on other items, even when they have to be delivered all the way from India via Mauritius.

I originally found Drug Mart Direct when I was looking for medication for my Irish Wolfhound. Their prices were considerably below those found in the USA. I placed an order and was happy with both the quality of the drugs and the speed of the delivery. This was during our current Covid-19 epidemic. I refilled my prescriptions and came very quickly and were of the same high quality. I just placed an order for myself when my copay for a prescription was over $600 for a 90 day supply. I then called DMD and was able to place the same order for a little over $100. If you have a costly prescription I heartily recommend that you contact Drug Market Direct.

I've had my Synthroid prescription refilled 3 times so far from DrugMartDirect.com. The first 2 times, the prescription was mailed from Canada; the 3rd time, the prescription was mailed from New Zealand. All 3 were received within 2-3 weeks. The prescription appears in every way (except for a minor difference on the label) like the prescription I fill in the U.S. This is important because my prescription requires precision with the pill size, which is why my doctor prescribes Synthroid over the generic. My only complaint would be the extra mailing charge due to covid that shows up when checking out. I don't know why covid would affect the cost of mailing, although I could see it possibly affecting the delivery time. I don't think the mailing charge is going to speed up delivery. To be fair though, I don't know if the extra mailing charge is a DrugMartDirect fee or a postal fee. In any event, ordering my prescription from DrugMartDirect is one-fourth of the U.S. cost.
