Placed my order in August. Medication was out of stock for a few weeks. When I received the call that it was in stock again and would now be sent to me, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $5 fee for the presumed extra cost for mailing. I was not told of this fee when I originally placed my order. It was not my fault that the Order was delayed. I should not have been charged the extra $5. I have been a customer for many, many years, but now, going forward, I may not be as loyal to Drug Mart Direct.
