The service I receive when I call is always very good. The reason I gave it three stars is because the quality of the prescription I received was quite sub-par compared to what I've gotten in the past. I was very disappointed with it.

#1 I rely on Drugmartdirect.com for RX's which I would not be able to afford in the U.S. #2 There are numerous Canadian Pharmacies and my experience is that DMD.COM is quite competitive an usually has the best price on these on name brand drugs need. #3 Delivery, with all of the complications of covid-19 in shipping one drug which actually ships from the UK usually arrive in 2 weeks. DMD.com does not promise this, but on the last several orders and refills that has been the case. #4 Working with the staff over the telephone is a pleasure and everyone is professional and cordial going out of their way to see your order is handled promptly. I cannot continue to order from drugmartdirect.com because of the unnecessarily high shipping charges that makes doing business with you too expensive. You have upped the cost while making the length of time waiting for delivery greater. Not a good way to treat loyal customers.
