I love that I can get the drugs we need at decent prices compared to here in the U.S. They are usually the same manufacturer but sold under a different name overseas. Lead times were long this time (8 weeks), but you just have to order ahead of time to account for that.

I love your prices. I take an expensive drug that is not available in the U.S. as a generic. Your generic is much less expensive even though I have a good Medicare plan. But I wish it did not take 4+ weeks to receive a new order. Also 4+ weeks is a long time to potentially have my order sitting in storage overseas in a hot warehouse or airport tarmac. I wish I could leave a 5 star review but I cannot.

Having a continuing problem with ALPHAGAN-P 0.15% from India, each new bottle requires the user to screw down to remove a security ring, then screw down the cap again onto the dispense nozzel to puncture it with a prong lodged internally within the cap. The manufacturing data printed on the box and bottle label have all been the same for the past 2 deliveries, over a 6 month period, ie. Mrp Rs. 402.63 Batch 85494 Mfd. Jan 20 Exp. Jun 22." With the latest delivery refill, so far 2 of the 5ml bottles are DEFECTIVE because when forcibly screwing the cap down to pierce the dispense nozzel, the hole created is so small, LITTLE or NO drug can be dispensed. Users have to use undue force to squeeze the container to get a drop out. SOME CONTAINERS are better than others, but this most recent refill REQUIRES REPLACEMENT eye drops in order for me to continue my therapy for GLAUCOMA.
