Prior to Covid, your shipment times from overseas pharmacies are simply ridiculous. 6-8 weeks to send a small package in this day and age cannot be justified and makes if very difficult for your customers to _plan_ to ensure a steady supply of a critically needed drug. Again, you cannot blame Covid, this was true prior to the whole Covid pandemic thing. Covid simply made this issue (shipment timeframes) worse. Perhaps you could offer your customers the option of paying a little bit more to ensure a speedy shipment is available.
