So far, I am very pleased with the service. My first time purchasing outside USA. My husband is a pharmacist. He did all the research. Looking at different pharmcies, making sure the product was the same company or bioequivalent and where it was produced. First time we sumbmitted the prescription, the directions were not the normal directions seen but what I found worked for me. They contacted me and my physician to verify the directions. So nice the pharmacist noticed the possible error and followed up on it. Everything has gone smoothly . Emails to reorder and timely delivery.

It's always been easy to fill a prescription with DrugMart. The only thing that has not been positive is the surcharge that has been added in the last year. The pricing is very competitive. I will continue to order.

Drug Mart Direct is an excellent Canadian pharmacy with great generic pharmaceuticals at an affordable prices. Their customer service representatives and pharmacists are great to work with. I have ordered a couple of expensive generic pharmaceuticals for several years from Drug Mart Direct that are reasonably priced and perform better than the US counterpart prescriptions, i.e. Symbicort, etc. Overall, I am very pleased with their service.
