Be careful, their system prompted me to place an order for a brand name drug as the generic drug I had ordered was on back order. In doing so, the system did not cancel the order I originally placed a month ago resulting in two open orders which created a conflict and no action on DrugMartDirect.com's part including not notifying me there was a problem. When no medication arrived, I called to investigate and learned what happened. The customer service representative cancelled the brand name drug order and placed the generic drug version for me, but now most likely it will not arrive until after I run out of the drug. The most disappointing thing is the customer service representative did not seem surprised this had happened causing me to wonder why they don't fix their workflow and computer process.

Without DrugMart direct I would not be able to take my medication. Thank you for allowing me to use your pharmacy. If the tariffs are too costly I will not be able to purchase and thus will put me in a higher probability of stroke.
