Ordering was easy and efficient. The shipping takes a long time, but the estimated time to delivery is accurate so it works well if you plan ahead. One time, the order did not arrive within the time frame so I contacted DrugMartDirect and they rushed a replacement order. Their only request was that I keep in touch regarding the first order so that I could be charged if it arrived. It never showed up so there was no charge. I was completely impressed by their excellent customer service and thus use them regularly.
