Drug Mart Direct has been a first class supplier of my prescription medications for several years. I am able to keep on hand several months supply, which enables me to maintain incoming flow as needed and on time, even with the Covid slow down influence. They have an excellent reminder service and follow up system for insuring a constant supply of required medications. Thank you, Drug Mart Direct!

Poor service. So bad I cancelled my account and will use another vendor. My problem stemmed from and order I placed with the assistance of one of there service representatives which they said they have no record of my call. When I received my order it was from a origin I specifically requested I did not want.... and had paid more for the origin I did request but did not receive. I spoke to a manager in length but without an acceptable resolution. His offer to correct the situation was to refund me half the cost which as unacceptable given I have been a loyal customer. I will not order again from this company and would not refer anyone to them as well.
