I am retired. The 3-month price of Otezla (for psoriasis) in the USA through my Medicare health plan is $13,900. By the time I reach the fourth-stage (catastrophic), I pay $695 out of pocket. There is no generic equivalent available here. The Drug Mart Direct price for the generic, Apremilast, obtained out-of-country, is is $216. I couldn't afford Otezla without Drug Mart Direct. Thank you!
