Always polite and knowledgeable customer service. The generic for Xarelto works as well as the very expensive brand name drug. My hematologist is very pleased with the lab results when he checks my blood tests. He was pleased to hear of the Drug Mart pricing as many patients are having difficulty purchasing the medication from the USA
