Sorry , I have had a good experience with the shipping but not with the refill reminders and the loggin in to reorder. Even when I call the number provided for refills I have had a bad experience. I would really love to continue to purchase with drugmart direct.

Most orders have been fulfilled timely. Last one was perhaps longer waiting period but was told my med was on back order.

Most recent order had been opened and box not-so-neatly taped shut. This likely occurred in customs with another box that was opened for inspection. Problem was the items were not put back in the correct boxes & I received some kind of motorcycle plug device instead of my med. I notified DrugMartDirect, they requested pics of box & item I received. I got call next day to let me know my med that I did not receive was being shipped. I was told it might be 2-4 weeks for delivery, but I received my med within days!! I was expecting this issue to be a big hassle to resolve, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly & professionally this was corrected.. Kuddos to DrugMartDirect for job well done! I highly recommend DrugMartDirect to anyone in the U.S. thinking of using an out-of-Country pharmacy to help with any high-cost medication needs.

We have been with DMD for several years enjoying big discounts and reasonable shipping times. When COVID hit shipping times went up and have not gone back to the preCOVID days. Additionally, we are not seeing any discount at all on high priced meds conpared to US insurance prices. Therefore we are looking elswhere.
