Top notch customer service. If there is any problem due to the recent tariff fiasco, DMD does everything it can to get you the needed medicines. They are pleasant and knowledgeable and if the representative can't give you an answer, they find out a representative that can. Also, their Rx is so much more reasonably priced. Thank you very much.

Bait and switch. I have a written prescription from my veterinarian for generic Fluticasone HCA 125 mcg. My lucky day, DrugMartDirect.com lists that generic medication for only $81.18 for 360 doses. It ships from Australia. The roadblocks start when I call to order. So sorry sir, it doesn't say it anywhere on our website, but we won't ship that med even though it's exactly what your vet's written prescription calls for. For you, we will ship a different Fluticasone HCA 125 mcg generic from New Zealand that is $130.76 for 240 doses. So sorry sir, I do agree that the New Zealand generic for a higher cost isn't even listed anywhere on our website. Can I take your order for the New Zealand generic with your checking account info? No, you may not.

I would normally give Drug Mart Direct 5 stars, but I recently sent my new RX for this coming year to Canada Pharmacy because it was $10 cheaper per RX -just to learn now they have apparently merged according to this email. I wasn’t notified of the merger. Why aren’t the prices the same @ both Pharmacies? This is annoying! I was recently told that DMD couldn’t do price matching & now their the same company… I hope they strive to earn 5 stars again. I do appreciate the cheaper prices!

The other day, your automated system cold called me out of the blue for a refill order. It then said it was putting me on hold for the next agent, (One was not already ready???). I sat there 10-15 minutes waiting, then hung up. Really, to call and not have someone ready, and expect us to wait that long????????
