Best prices, calls to remind. Always prompt delivery. Once I had a prescription that did not show up. We have horrible postal service where i live and I'm sure the postman just threw it out or delvered it to someone else. (I believe he can't read!). I call DMD and they said no worries, and sent me a replacement with expedited shipping at no cost.
