Thank you for saving me money. That’s a huge big deal!! Shipping is always very efficient as well. And so is the customer assistance. BIG problem : phone lines are so busy I have difficulty getting through…. Also, the robo calls that put me on hold forever could cease and desist in my opinion. I have had great service over the years --- easy ordering, easy payment, and fairly quick delivery. The reason for only four stars is that it is unclear on the website how to check if a prescription is already on file. I chatted with the online customer service rep, who was able to answer quickly --- thank you, Renelle! Under "My Account," go to "Refill my Prescriptions". If your drug is in the active list, it means there is a valid prescription on file.
