I had an issue with an order being held and not delivered. I called and spoke to a representative at Drug Mart Direct. After I sent them the letter explaining the non-delivery, they reprocessed my order, at no charge, and expedited it to me. It arrived in 7 days! I was amazed and very happy that I did not have to miss a dose. Always a pleasure to deal with DMD!

I have been getting my prescription for Eliquis for the past year. It has been on time. Dispite the Mail an destribution hassles we’ve had. It cost s a third what I was paying last year I’m satisfied a glad I switched.
