I was pleased to get your information from my sister. You have saved me about $80 every 3 months on my prescription. Your customer service on the phone was competent and pleasant. I would have given you 5 stars but it does take a fair amount of time to get my prescription.

The delivery times are ridiculous, sometimes taking over 4 weeks. There is no excuse for lousy delivery times!!!

I have had a good experience overall with ordering prescriptions and selecting trade name vs generic products. I make it a point to check for any DMD available discounts before refilling. The one negative experience I did have was when my prescription expired and I had asked my MD to FAX a new Rx to DMD, there was a mix up on the DMD FAX number & I was asked to personally investigate and resolve the matter. I felt that DMD has the office phone of my MD and that a quick solution would be for DMD to call the MD office directly as would be the case if it involved my local pharmacy, overall the back and forth and delay took about a week, it maybe Canadian Pharmacy operations with regard to refills are different from those in the US.
