Cumbersome process when you have an updated prescription on an existing medication. Must upload the prescription and then mail the paper prescription (which is identical to the upload). It costs $1.70 in postage to Canada and seems unnecessary. This also slows down getting the meds. It's already been over as week since I provided all of this information and I'm still waiting on my order to process.
