Recently I helped order some medications from Drug Mart Direct(DMD) for my spouse. I'd forgotten that DMD did a price matching with other Canadian pharmacies on the CIPA list. By comparison shopping for 3 medications we were able to give the DMD agent the competitor's 3 prices and indeed DMD precisely matched those 3 lower prices. It took awhile on the phone as the agent had to confer and get approval from her supervisor. I continue to be happily impressed by the patience, professionalism and courtesy of the DMD staff. I took perhaps 20 mins on the phone to get the order details correct for the 3 medications. Never did the agent become frustrated or agitated when we had to take several mins. to compute prices. My ratings for DMD have always been 5 star and this last ordering makes me want to double it to 10 stars. We are most appreciative customers. Thank you DMD. B. Aungier
